Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Must be flexible to work overtime.
Location: Sandston, VA

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector with manufacturing experience to inspect products, verify measurements, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process. The ideal candidate must have experience reading a tape measure accurately, performing quality inspections, and identifying product defects.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on manufactured products and components to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure to verify product dimensions and measurements.
• Identify defects, damage, and inconsistencies in materials and finished products.
• Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Verify that products meet established specifications before moving to the next stage of production.
• Document inspection results and report quality issues to supervisors.
• Communicate with production team members to address quality concerns and prevent recurring defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company quality control procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous quality control or quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Must be able to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to read measurements and follow product specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM.
