Kitchen Manager - Sheboygan, WI
Location: Sheboygan, WI Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + bonus Full-time
Self Opportunity Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Manager for a nationally recognized, high-volume steakhouse brand known for scratch cooking, hand-cut steaks, and fresh-baked bread made in-house every day.
What you'll do
- Run back-of-house operations, including prep, line execution, and ticket times
- Uphold recipe specs, food quality, and food safety and sanitation standards
- Control food cost through ordering, inventory, receiving, and waste tracking
- Hire, train, and schedule cooks, prep, and dish teams
- Partner with FOH leadership to deliver consistent results on busy nights
What you bring
- 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment
- Strong command of food cost, inventory, and labor management
- Certified Food Protection Manager credential (or ability to obtain one)
- Calm, organized leadership under pressure
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

- $50K-$60K base + bonus
