Flagship Pontoons is a fast growing Pontoon Boat manufacturer out of central Wisconsin already competing against the top brands in the industry. Currently supplying product to the Midwest and expanding nationwide.
Starting Wage
$20 - $26/hour (based on experience)
Job Details
- Normal week is 40 hours: Monday -Thursday (40), Friday (Optional OT)
- Opportunity for overtime
- Paid holidays and 6 paid personal days after 60-day probation period
- Additional 6 paid personal days after 120 days
- Dental and Vision Coverage after 60 days/first of the month. Company pays 75% of premium cost. Employees pay the balance through weekly payroll deduction.
Job Summary
Flagship Pontoons is a growing pontoon boat manufacturer hiring MIG and/or TIG welders. Welders will be working with aluminum pontoon logs, rails, brackets and various other components. Aluminum thickness ranges from .080" - .125". Some cutting and grinding will be required.
Welder must be able to operate effectively in a team environment under minimal supervision. This position may require the ability to stand for long periods of time and properly wear and use safety equipment.
