Hospitalist Physician

InCare Physicians is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient team at an established rehabilitation hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. This position has options for both full and part-time and offers a Monday through Friday schedule, with one weekend requirement per month, allowing for meaningful work-life balance while making a real impact on patient care.

Position Highlights:

• Option for a Directorship Position that includes directorship pay

• Work in a collaborative team environment with other experienced hospitalists and APPs.
• Manage patients in an inpatient rehab setting with a focus on subacute care and recovery.
• Assistance with obtaining rehab certification
• Enjoy the consistency of a block schedule with predictable time off.
• No night coverage required overnight call managed separately.
• Supported by robust nursing, therapy, and administrative teams.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with active licensure in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain).
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Prior inpatient experience preferred, rehab experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
