Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Erie PA $120K/year, based on experience FT or PT 4-Day Workweek Training Provided New Graduates Welcome Join our integrated regenerative medicine team helping patients with chronic joint pain and neuropathy improve their mobility and quality of life. Work alongside a medical director, advanced practice providers, nurses, chiropractors, and therapy staff.
Regenerative medicine experience is not required we provide hands-on training.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits - FT $120,000 annually with bonus compensation, based on experience (Mon-Thursday) or Part-time opportunities

Responsibilities - Perform patient exams, follow-up evaluations, and review imaging and labs.
- Provide joint and soft tissue injections within your scope and training.
- Educate patients about treatment options, nutrition, exercise, and self-care.
- Collaborate on personalized care plans and maintain timely EMR documentation.
Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current national certification
- Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility before starting
- DEA registration or ability to obtain; current BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Experience in orthopedics, pain management, injections, or functional medicine is helpful but not required.
