• Minimum 4 years experience in residential architectural design
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in both new construction design and remodeling & addition projects
• Need to be able to design floor plans and elevations.
• Need to be able to draft wall sections, building sections, and roof plans.
• Experience with documenting as-built conditions
• Accuracy & attention to detail is a priority.
