Job description

Palliative Care in Indiana

10 miles to Chicago Heights
20 miles to Tinley Park
30 minutes to downtown Chicago

Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Care (Internal or Family Medicine) Physician to join a team to meet the growing demands for Hospice and Palliative Care services.

Full-time schedule; average of 2 clinic days / week depending on volume
Rotating weeknights and weekend call for inpatient only: 1:4
Average outpatient volume: 5 - 6 patients / week
Average inpatient volume: 6 patients / day
National Catholic Bioethics certification provided
Collegial team of specialists
Onsite chaplain and social worker
