Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary
- New Graduate: $275,000
- Experienced Physician: $300,000
Additional Compensation
- Physician Associate supervision stipend: $5,000 per PA annually ($20,000 total)
- Quarterly production bonuses, typically $1,000-$10,000 per quarter
- Employment bonus/educational loan assistance: $25,000 annually for up to four years (total potential of $100,000)
