The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the nation's No. 1 hospital system is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a busy, comprehensive practice in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
This well-established team provides consultative gastrointestinal services to a robust primary care patient base of approximately 240,000. The incoming physician will join a collaborative group of seven experienced Gastroenterologists in a high-quality, patient-centered practice that supports clinical excellence, academic involvement, and work-life balance.
Opportunity Highlights
- Blended clinical and consultative practice, with research and teaching opportunities available for interested physicians
- Provide consultative GI services to a large, well-established primary care referral base (240,000 patients)
- Practice within a 225-bed medical center featuring a state-of-the-art Endoscopy / ERCP / Fluoroscopy Unit, including:
- HD Olympus endoscopic equipment
- Capsule endoscopy (Givens)
- Single-balloon enteroscopy
- Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
- Excellent work-life balance with very light call
