Coverage Needed
- June 29 - Ongoing
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Clinical Details
- Patient Population 18 - 90 years of age
- 16 - 20 Patients Per Day Monday - Thursday
- 8- 10 Patients Per Day Friday
Requirements
- Board Certified in Rheumatology Required
- Active Georgia License or IMLC in Hand
- Trigger Point Injections Required
Call
- No Call
Support Staff
- 2 LPN's
- 1 CMA
- 2 MOR's
EMR
- Epic
