Practicing alongside full-time ENTs and a neurotologist in a standalone clinic equipped with 6 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms per side, you will inherit an established patient panel with new patient wait times booking 6 weeks out. This full-time position in Central Illinois offers strong surgical volume paired with an innovative upfront financial advance structure.
Practice Overview
- Collaborate with two full-time ENT physicians and a part-time neurotologist
- Standalone clinic with 6 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms on each side
- High-volume practice with new patient wait times currently 6 weeks out
- Strong referral base supporting consistent clinical and surgical volume
Schedule
- Balanced mix of 2-3 days of clinic and 1-2 days in the OR
- Shared call of 1 week at a time, totaling 6-12 weeks annually
- Call may include facial trauma but is limited to a non-trauma hospital setting
- Dedicated support staff including 2 RNs, CMA, surgery coordinator, and 2 audiologists

Candidate Requirements
