- Outpatient only 15 patients per day
- MondayFriday, 8am5pm
- Minimal call (market-based rotation, extremely light)
- Dedicated care team per physician
- Transportation support (Uber/Lyft) and complimentary wellness programs for patients Compensation & Benefits:
- $270,000+ base salary
- Up to 20% annual bonus
- $100,000 sign-on bonus (not a typo)

- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Eligible FM or IM
- Geriatrics experience a plus
