Family Nurse Practitioner

We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in San Jose, CA who wants a predictable weekday schedule, strong earning potential, and meaningful primary care work in a collaborative outpatient setting.
You'll manage your own patient panel, seeing approximately 16-20 patients daily while providing comprehensive primary care, preventive services, chronic disease management, and patient education. You'll have clinical autonomy with the support of a multidisciplinary team.

What makes you a great fit
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California with appropriate board certification
• Master's or doctorate from an accredited NP program
• Active DEA registration and BLS certification
• At least 2 years of primary care clinical experience
• Comfortable independently managing a primary care panel
• Passionate about culturally responsive, team-based care
• Bilingual skills preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $159,000-$187,000 annually
