Dentist Private Practice in Upstate New York - $300k Plus

Join a thriving, 100% fee-for-service private practice that has proudly served the Plattsburgh, NY community since 2008. With an established patient base, strong reputation, and continued growth, this opportunity allows you to step into a busy schedule and be productive from day one.

Earn the greater of $800 per day or up to 40% of production. Enjoy a 4-day workweek (Monday Thursday), clinical autonomy, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, malpractice coverage, dental, 401(k) with a 4% match, relocation assistance, and a retention bonus.
