Condustrial Inc. is seeking experienced Structural Steel Fabricators with strong blueprint-reading and measurement skills. The ideal candidate can interpret shop drawings, accurately measure materials, and fabricate structural steel components according to project specifications. Candidates must be comfortable working in both shop and field environments as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and structural steel specifications.
- Use a tape measure to take accurate measurements and verify dimensions.
- Measure, mark, lay out, and prepare structural steel materials for fabrication.
- Fabricate structural steel components according to blueprint specifications and project requirements.
- Verify measurements and finished components to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform fabrication work in both shop and field environments as assigned.
- Maintain attention to detail and follow applicable workplace safety procedures.
- Work independently and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Proficiency in using a tape measure and taking precise measurements.
