Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Apply now and our AI Recruiter, Valerie, will reach out ASAP to learn more about how you match this role!What You'll Do as a EHS Coordinator:- Coordinate and maintain safety and environmental programs, policies, procedures, and records
- Conduct routine safety inspections, workplace observations, hazard assessments, and JHA/JSAs
- Identify workplace hazards and work with supervisors and employees to develop and track corrective actions
- Assist with workplace injury, incident, near-miss, and property damage investigations and track safety KPIs
- Coordinate and conduct safety training, including new-hire orientation and refresher training
- Maintain training records and certifications for LOTO, PITs, HazCom, PPE, and other applicable safety programs
- Support environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, audits, waste management, and corrective action planning
What You Need to Bring to the EHS Coordinator Role:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in EHS, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS, workplace safety, or a related field required
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and general workplace safety practices required
- OSHA 30 training, safety certifications, OSHA recordkeeping experience, or audit experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of food manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, computer, and follow-through skills
- Ability to read and write in English; bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, climb stairs and ladders, wear required PPE, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work safely around automated packaging equipment, forklifts, and large production equipment in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel to Cando, ND, as needed
