Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, 2 week on/2 week
• Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
• Types of Cases: General Urology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena & Meditech
• Certifications required: Must be American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery Urological Surgery certified, must have Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• License required: Active Michigan license
