Ob/Gyn Physician - Northwest Indiana

Position Details:

• Join a community health center.
• Call: 1:5
• Patient volume: 15 per day
• Schedule: Three clinic days, one operating day, one day off/on-call
• J1 & H1B visa candidates accepted

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $330,000 - $350,000
• Vacation: 160 hours, Personal time: 40 hours
• CME: 40 hours with $2,500 allowance
