Coverage & Schedule Details
Coverage Type: Hospital-based, 24-hour call coverage
Weekend Schedule: Friday at 12:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM
Coverage Period: 1 year
Call Frequency: 24-hour call coverage
Patient Volume: Approximately 1-5 cases per call shift
Patient Population: Primarily adults age 18 and older
EMR: Epic
Trauma Level: Level II
Coverage Dates
Additional weekend coverage is requested every Friday at 12:00 PM through Monday at 7:00 AM, beginning January 1 through the weekend of June 4, 2027. Weekday shifts are variable.
Clinical Responsibilities & Required Skills
Provide general inpatient urology coverage and surgical care.
Perform stent placement.
Perform ureteroscopy.
Provide stone treatment and removal.
Perform other general urologic surgeries as needed.
Utilize general urology equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Board Certified in Urology
Active Wisconsin medical license or IMLC accepted
Strong general urology surgical skills
Comfortable managing a variable hospital-based surgical caseload
