Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PT/PTA/COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Hendersonville, NC. Offering $2,500 SIGN ON BONUS!
Full-Time Salaried Position - open to PT, COTA and PTA Candidates!
Prior Management experience preferred
Quarterly-Bonus Eligible

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. Youll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents lives.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure
Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapist Degree
Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
