4:1 supervision ratioFloat between three locations within the healthcare systemFull-time position requiring 40 hours per weekFlexible scheduling with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts availablePrimarily day shifts with occasional night coverage as neededAvailability to work one weekend per month if neededOne call shift per 8-week schedule, either 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or weekend call 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMMust be available for one holiday shift per scheduleSchedule is determined 8 weeks out with up to 3 schedule requests per 8-week schedule (not guaranteed)6 or 12-month contract preferredAll cases except transplants, including hearts, lung, healthy pediatric dental/ENT, OB, ortho, GI, and ENTCRNAs perform own epidurals and spinals; no blocksLevel 2 Trauma experience is requiredOB and thoracic experience required; pediatric experience preferredMust be proficient with spinal and epidural placement and managementMinimum 2 years of experience requiredVirginia license required at time of submittal or in the process of being issuedMust obtain AHA CertificationsFacility:
