NOW HIRING - Snow Shovelers, Equipment Operators & Independent Plow Operators
Granite State Fence is actively hiring NOW for the upcoming winter season! We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our snow removal operations.
We are looking for people who take pride in their work, understand the importance of showing up when needed, and are committed to getting the job done safely and efficiently.
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE
1. SNOW SHOVELERS / SNOW REMOVAL CREW MEMBERS
We are seeking reliable individuals to assist with snow and ice removal at residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Shoveling snow from walkways, entrances, steps, and designated areas.
- Assisting crews with snow cleanup during and after storms.
- Working safely and efficiently in winter weather conditions.
- Following instructions and maintaining a professional attitude on customer properties.
Qualifications:
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in winter conditions.
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when snow events require.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
2. SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
We are looking for experienced and responsible operators to assist with winter snow removal operations.
Equipment experience may include:
- Skid steers / Bobcats
- Wheel loaders
- Tractors and other snow removal equipment
Qualifications:
- Prior equipment operation experience preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and responsibly.
- Awareness of property surroundings and attention to preventing damage.
- Availability during snowstorms, including overnight and extended events.
- Dependability, good communication, and a professional work ethic.
3. INDEPENDENT PLOW OPERATORS - ADD PROPERTIES TO YOUR EXISTING ROUTE!
ALREADY HAVE A PLOW AND AN ESTABLISHED ROUTE? WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
We are actively seeking experienced plow operators with their own trucks and plows who are interested in adding residential properties to their existing routes.
This is an excellent opportunity for established operators looking to increase their winter workload without having to find additional customers on their own.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have their own reliable, properly equipped plow truck.
- Already maintain residential plowing routes.
- Be interested in taking on additional properties in areas they currently service.
- Have experience with residential driveways and snow removal.
- Communicate effectively and provide dependable service throughout the season.
- Maintain appropriate insurance and meet applicable subcontractor requirements.
