Practice Details
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine
- Care for patients from pediatrics through geriatrics
- Four-day work week
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Wednesday designated as administrative/off day
- 32 clinical hours per week
- Average patient volume of approximately 16 patients per day
- New patient visits scheduled for 40 minutes
- Follow-up appointments scheduled for 20 minutes
- Ramp-up period available for gradual panel development

Facilities & Technology
- Modern outpatient clinic facility
- On-site X-ray services
- On-site laboratory services
- MEDITECH Expanse EMR
- Planned Epic transition in 2028
- Approximately 20 minutes from the main hospital campus
Call Schedule
- Pediatric call rotation approximately 1:6
- Adult call is phone-call only
- Average of approximately five pediatric admissions annually per physician
- Children's Hospital teleconsultation support available
- Low-volume call burden
Compensation
- Base Salary: $300,000
- Aggressive wRVU productivity model
- Typical physician earnings range from $330,000-$340,000+
- Productivity threshold begins at approximately 16 patients per day
- Up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance
- Annual Good Citizen/Attendance Bonus: $12,000

Candidate Parameters
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Colorado Medical Licensure
- Interest in practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Interest in rural medicine and community engagement
- Team-oriented physician seeking long-term growth
- Pediatric experience or willingness to participate in pediatric call preferred
