Seeking an Interventional Pain & Spine Medical Director to join a collaborative academic medical team northwest of Boston, Massachusetts.
Position Highlights:
- Lead a multidisciplinary program treating acute, chronic, cancer-related and complex spine pain.
- Develop interventional services including image-guided procedures, neuromodulation and minimally invasive therapies, alongside rehabilitation and behavioral care.
- Collaborate with oncology, anesthesiology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, primary care and palliative care.
- Planned allocation is approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time, at department-chair discretion.
- An accredited pain fellowship, board certification and medical licensure are required; five to ten years of clinical and at least three years of leadership experience are preferred.
- Help develop a multidisciplinary pain fellowship and support teaching, outcomes research, recruitment and mentorship.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time annual base salary range: $485,000 $515,000.
