Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical problems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automotive electrical systems and components.
- Complete general automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs.
- Diagnose vehicle concerns independently and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Work on a variety of domestic, European, and Asian vehicles.
- Use Tekmetric to document repairs, inspection findings, and service recommendations.
- Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) with accurate documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Demonstrated A-Level or B-Level automotive technician experience and repair capabilities.
- Strong automotive diagnostic, mechanical repair, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive electrical systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose vehicle concerns and complete repairs.
- Experience performing comprehensive vehicle inspections.
- Must provide your own automotive tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
- Pay Structure: Hybrid compensation combining hourly base pay with productivity-based bonuses.
