Arnst Ocean Automotive is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in Delray Beach, FL, with at least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and strong diagnostic skills.

You'll work on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, including classic and antique cars, in a collaborative environment that values quality workmanship and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive mechanical and electrical issues using professional diagnostic equipment.
- Perform advanced drivability diagnostics and identify the root causes of vehicle performance concerns.
- Complete general automotive repairs, including brakes, engine repairs, timing belts, and tune-ups.
- Inspect vehicles, identify necessary repairs, and communicate findings accurately.
- Remove, replace, and repair automotive components according to vehicle requirements.
- Service domestic, Asian, and European vehicles, including occasional classic and antique automobiles.
- Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and verify repairs.
- Collaborate with fellow technicians to maintain an efficient, quality-focused repair workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive technician experience required.
- Advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, drivability concerns, and mechanical repairs.
- Experience performing engine repairs, timing belt replacements, brake repairs, and general automotive maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
- Must have personal automotive technician tools.
- ASE certification preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $27.00-$37.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual Earning Potential: $63,000-$85,000+, depending on experience and hours worked. This is an estimate, not guaranteed annual compensation.
- Pay Schedule: Weekly, every Friday.
- Sign-On Bonus: $500-$1,000, subject to a one-year tenure requirement.
