Additional Skills: Weld test during interview, bring weld helmet along with PPE

Job Description: Perform MIG and TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel pipes. Weld couplings onto pipes and assemble pipe sections through precision pipe to pipe welding.

Due to previous interview attendance challenges, only candidates who have confirmed their interest, availability, and commitment to the interview process should be submitted. Please make sure they intend to participate in all scheduled interviews if selected.

Must haves:

• 3-5 years welding and fabrication background-candidate must hit the ground running with no training
• Must be able to read tape measure
• Good communication and teamwork

Perform specialty welding tasks on:

• Spool pieces, Pipes, etc.
• All welds will be MIG and Tig.
• Weld outlets onto carbon steel pipe.
• Inspect work for defects,
• Alignment of fittings
• Check for bad seems splits in pipe.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to all the safety and quality standards.
• Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues that requires repairs.
• General reading and writing as well as some computer skills. (All training is on online in workday.

This position is required to have a weld test performed during the interview. Please bring welding hood and PPE to perform weld test.

Weld test/interviews are a minimum of 2 hours on site.
