Welder
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking reliable Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. This position will perform welding and fabrication work on steel components while following company safety and quality standards.
Job Duties
- Perform welding on steel parts and components
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Complete welds in various positions as required
- Read basic blueprints, measurements, and work instructions
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Assist with fitting and fabrication as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience preferred
- Welding school or vocational training will be considered
- Experience with MIG and/or Flux Core welding preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and transportation required

Shifts
1st shift
Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd shift
Monday - Friday: 5:30pm - 4:00am
Saturday: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
