Schedule & RotationShift Pattern: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation (Dates are flexible)Weekly Schedule: Monday Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)Daily Breakdown: Typically 4 clinic days and 1 operative (OR) day per weekCall Requirement: None (Strictly clinic and scheduled OR cases)Facility Setup & EquipmentDedicated, fully prepared outpatient clinic spaceRobotics: Da Vinci Xi Surgical System on-site in the ORRequirements & QualificationsLicensure & Registrations:Active Michigan (MI) Medical License or IMLC Compact LicenseActive Michigan Controlled Substance License (CDS)Active Michigan DEA RegistrationBoard Certification:Board Certified (BC) preferred, or Board Eligible (BE) via the American Board of Urology (ABU) or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (AOBS)Education & Training: Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship (or equivalent foreign training) in UrologyLife Support Certification: ACLSCase Log / Procedural Volume:Minimum of 50 urological procedures within the past 12 months reflective of the requested privilege scope, ORSuccessful completion of an accredited residency/fellowship within the past 12 months
