Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

Our client, a Value Based preventative medicine clinic based in Brooklyn, NY, is looking for a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. You will provide local Medicare patient populations with comprehensive preventive care, including personalized wellness plans, integrated health services, and educational and social activities to support overall health and well-being.

A strong interest in practicing Value-Based Healthcare ideally you will have some experience. Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Salary range: $240-290k base, sign on bonus, annual bonus, relocation and benefits are in addition to the base range Must speak fluent medical Spanish.
