Dermatology Physician

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Dermatologist to lead and expand an established dermatology service in west-central Minnesota, about an hour southeast of Fargo, North Dakota.

Position Highlights:

• Lead and develop an expanding dermatology program with strong organizational support
• Focus on medical dermatology and the diagnosis and management of complex skin conditions
• Option to incorporate cosmetic dermatology and Mohs surgery based on your interests
• Dedicated advanced practice provider support
• Collaborate with cancer care and reconstructive surgery teams on skin cancer management
• Established internal referral base across 5 clinics serving a primary service area of approximately 70,000
• On-site Sciton laser and Epic EMR
• High-volume practice potential with opportunities to grow the service
• H1b visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $550K annually for the first 2 years, with additional earning potential through wRVU-based production
