Cost Analyst

1. Work under the direct supervision of the President and report to President on a daily basis.
2. Develop cost-saving strategies to optimize cost efficiency for real estate development projects.
3. Track and forecast each ongoing rental's expenses and prepare reports for ongoing projects per week.
4. Establish and maintain tendering process for all housing related labor and expense estimation.
5. Identify and quantify various cost factors, such as cost of upkeep, downtime losses, labor and maintenance costs, etc.
6. Assess and analyze cost-control risks related to real estate projects and incorporate necessary financial margins.
7. Coordinate project timeline and workflow to secure the completion of goals within budget in a timely manner.
