POSITION TITLE: Divisional Leader - Catalyst Services

POSITION DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Divisional Leader to oversee and grow our Catalyst Services business unit. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustained revenue growth within refinery and petrochemical environments, particularly during turnaround events.
DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, manage, and grow the Catalyst Services division with full P&L responsibility
Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within refining and petrochemical sectors
Oversee execution of projects in turnaround-driven, high-pressure environments
Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and quality performance across all projects
Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen business unit performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with plant leadership, turnaround managers, and maintenance/reliability teams
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Identify new business opportunities and support commercial strategy initiatives
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven leadership experience within catalyst services, reactor services, turnaround execution, or specialty industrial services
Strong understanding of refinery and petrochemical operations, particularly in turnaround environments
Demonstrated success in growing a business unit or service line, with direct P&L responsibility
Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure operational settings
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive both revenue growth and operational performance
Ability to establish credibility and trusted relationships with key stakeholders across plant operations and leadership
