Job Details We are seeking a motivated and driven Litigation Attorney to join our growing team in either our Irvine, CA or Texas (Dallas/Houston) offices. This role is ideal for a sharp litigator looking to build a dynamic career within insurance defense, coverage analysis, and high-stakes subrogation recovery. You will manage an active caseload, partner with industry-leading experts, and advocate vigorously for our clients in state and federal courts. Key Responsibilities: Case Management: Handle a robust litigation docket from initial investigation and pleadings through discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial. Court Appearances & Depositions: Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and represent clients in court hearings and settlement conferences. Legal Writing: Draft clear, persuasive legal documents, including motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses. Client & Expert Collaboration: Work closely with insurance carriers, claims adjusters, forensic engineers, and expert witnesses to build strong liability and damages cases. Coverage Analysis: Review and interpret commercial and personal insurance policies to evaluate coverage and subrogation potential. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Bar Admission: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California and/or Texas Experience: 5 to 10+ years of civil litigation experience.
