Location: Monticello, Indiana
Shift: 1st Shift Hours 7am - 3:00 pm 2nd Shift Hours 3:00pm - 11:00 pm 3rd Shift Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am
Job Summary:Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborers to support production and manufacturing operations. This position requires hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with assembly, fabrication, and production tasks
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor direction
- Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support team members and other departments as needed
Qualifications- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools required
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Schedule & Pay- Full-time position
- 1st ,2nd ,and 3rd shift opportunities available
- Overtime may be required
- Pay based on experience
