• Full-time or part-time arrangements available.

• Partnership eligibility after two years , with a minimal-cost buy-in opportunity in the practice and ambulatory surgery center.

This is a 100% outpatient surgery center practice covering multiple surgical specialties, including a large general surgery and endoscopy practice. Most cases involve MAC or general anesthesia, with basic regional blocks including interscalene, popliteal, and IVRA. The practice averages approximately cases per week, with access to on-site radiology and laboratory services.

There is also an opportunity to participate in complex cases at the affiliated hospital, if desired. Hospital privileges are not required for the outpatient practice.

Unity Healthcare is a locally managed physician group serving the Lafayette community. Unity Surgical Center is a joint venture with Franciscan Health Lafayette, with Unity Healthcare holding majority ownership.

Qualifications: Completion of a U.S. anesthesiology residency and board certification or eligibility through the American Board of Anesthesiology. Experienced physicians are preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. An Indiana medical license, or the ability to obtain one before starting, is required.
