• Strong pay with clear ranges. Earn $80,600-$96,200 per year, with CPM ranging from 62-70CPM depending on your home time preference, location, experience, and performance.
• You choose your pay package. Pick the home time schedule that fits your life. The longer you stay out, the higher your CPM.
  • 2 weeks out, 3 days home. Pay ranges from 62-68CPM.
  • 4 weeks out, 5 days home. Pay ranges from 64-70CPM.
• Raises that reward performance. Earn a 2CPM raise at 6 months based on performance.
• Pay for the extra time. Detention, layover, breakdown, and stop pay options available, including $20 stop pay, excluding first and last delivery.
• Freight that keeps you moving. Run 100% no-touch dry van freight with 60% drop & hook, averaging 2,500 miles per week.
• Paid to get rolling. Start strong with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and $500 paid orientation.
