Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist $60 $70+ per Hour (1099 Contractor) Locations: Raleigh, Durham & Fayetteville, North Carolina
Schedule: 4 5 Days per Week Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Tech to provide on-site transthoracic echocardiograms across Raleigh, Durham, and Fayetteville.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering $60 $70+ per hour, consistent weekday scheduling, and strong earning potential. Sonographers typically perform approximately 10 echocardiograms per day in a professional, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities -
Independently perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms (TTEs)

Follow standard imaging protocols to ensure accurate, high-quality studies

Complete exams efficiently while maintaining excellent patient care

Travel to multiple clinic locations during the week

Participate in occasional team meetings or educational sessions
Qualifications -
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) required

Graduate of an accredited 2-year Allied Health or Ultrasound Technology program

Minimum 2 years of clinical echocardiography experience

Strong technical skills and independent scanning ability

Excellent bedside manner and communication skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a modern clinical environment

Knowledge of Studycast preferred (not required)
