Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Schedule: 2nd or 3rd shift full-time and part-time available
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join a leading healthcare facility in Buffalo, New York. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering competitive benefits, flexible scheduling, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Position Highlights:
- Shifts: 2nd or 3rd shift

- Compensation: $33 $50/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Follow quality control procedures and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to support patient care
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
- ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligibility required)
- Previous laboratory experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
