We pay a guaranteed hourly rate instead of unpredictable cents-per-mile (CPM):
- Base Pay: $23.00 / hour (First 40 hours)
- Overtime Pay: $34.50 / hour (After 40 hours)
- Weekly direct deposit every week. Our evening and overnight shifts ensure lighter traffic and smoother transit. SOLO1 Routes (Home Daily)(6PM-8PM) :
- 3 Days / 36 hours: $828 / week - $43,056 / year
- 4 Days / 48 hours: $1,196 / week - $62,192 / year
- 5 Days / 60 hours: $1,610 / week - $83,720 / year SOLO2 Routes (Overnight / Regional Sleeper)(Start Times Varies):
- 2 Days / 24 hours: $552 / week - $28,704 / year
- 4 Days / 48 hours: $1,196 / week - $62,192 / year Note: We also offer Hybrid Routes mixing SOLO1 and SOLO2 schedules based on freight availability. Weekend availability is required for all positions. Standout Driver Benefits

- Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles transporting dedicated Amazon freight.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Maintain high standards of safety, DOT compliance, and timely deliveries using Amazon routing software. Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and safe driving history.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
