Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

An established dermatology team in Fergus Falls, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care for patients with a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, and skin cancer
• Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and excisions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications, including biologics
• Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients on treatment options, skin health, and preventive care
• Full-time outpatient practice with Monday Friday clinic hours, 7 a.m. 5 p.m.
• Flexible scheduling options, including a four- to four-and-a-half-day workweek
• 36 patient-contact hours per week for a 1.0 FTE
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive compensation: $125K-$135K

Qualifications:

• Master s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from an accredited program
• Current Minnesota licensure or ability to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Dermatology experience as a provider in dermatology practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and DEA registration required upon hire
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP) or Dermatology Physician Assistant Certification (DPA-C)
