    • Year 1: $400,000"$500,000 based on experience, plusa production bonus
    • Year 2: transitions to a productivity-based compensation model

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Dermatology
  • Eligible for Oregon medical license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
