Position Overview
- Work Schedule: Embrace a standard four-day work week for improved work-life balance.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient-only role with minimal, nurse-triaged call duties (1:5 ratio).
- Onsite Facilities: Benefit from convenient access to lab draw, X-ray, anti-coagulation, dietary, and behavioral health services.
- Collaborative Environment: Work within a multi-specialty clinic where specialist support is readily available.
- Patient Load: Manage a moderate caseload of 20-25 patients per day.
- Technology: Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record system.
- Clinic Hours: Maintain a regular schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidate Qualifications
- Medical Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician.
- Licensing: Obtain an active license in Washington State.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and their families.
- Documentation: Exhibit the ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records.
