Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions and service requests promptly.
Provide accurate information and resolve routine customer concerns.
Handle phone calls, emails, and support tickets professionally.
Document customer interactions and update records.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Follow company procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
Work collaboratively with team members in a remote environment.
Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
