About the Role
Were expanding our remote team and looking for organized, outgoing individuals to join us as Appointment Setters.
In this position, youll connect with individuals and families who have requested information about available programs and coordinate a convenient time for them to speak with a representative. Your primary focus will be communication, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up.
This is a fully remote opportunity with training provided. Previous appointment-setting experience is not required.
What Youll Do
Your day will primarily involve communicating with interested individuals and keeping appointments organized.
Responsibilities include:
Contacting individuals who have requested additional information
Having brief conversations to confirm their interest and availability
Scheduling phone and virtual appointments
Coordinating appointment times between clients and representatives
Confirming upcoming appointments and providing meeting details
Following up with individuals who need to reschedule
Reconnecting with clients who missed a scheduled appointment
Answering basic questions about the appointment process
Directing more detailed questions to the appropriate representative
Maintaining accurate contact information and appointment notes
Updating schedules and client records within our digital system
Keeping track of daily follow-ups and scheduled appointments
Participating in virtual training and team meetings

Experience in appointment setting, customer service, reception, administration, hospitality, call centers, or client support can be helpful, but is not required.
Training Provided
New team members receive training on our scheduling process, communication guidelines, virtual systems, follow-up procedures, and day-to-day responsibilities.
You'll also receive ongoing coaching and support as you become familiar with the position.
