Automotive Training Account Executive
Remote + Travel Commission-Only Independent Contractor

VISPERIO is looking for experienced automotive sales professionals who can open doors, close dealership accounts, and build long-term partnerships around our fixed operations training programs.
You focus on selling and managing the commercial relationship. VISPERIO handles the agreements, onboarding, billing, collections, platform, curriculum, support, and training delivery.
The Opportunity
This is a commission-only 1099 independent contractor role with no base salary or employee benefits.
You earn recurring monthly commission for every active dealership rooftop in your portfolio:
$275 per month for each Fixed Ops Digital Academy account
$1,000 per month for each Fixed Ops Leadership Academy account
Modeled Earnings Paths
Build: 25 Digital and 5 Leadership accounts = $142,500 annually
Grow: 50 Digital and 15 Leadership accounts = $345,000 annually
Scale: 75 Digital and 25 Leadership accounts = $547,500 annually
There is no fixed earnings ceiling. Build a larger portfolio, retain your accounts, and continue increasing your recurring monthly commission.
What You Will Do
Leverage your automotive relationships to create new dealership opportunities
Connect with owners, general managers, fixed operations directors, and dealer groups
Present VISPERIOs training programs and close new dealership accounts
Maintain strong relationships with the accounts you bring into the company
Conduct monthly account check-ins to support retention, referrals, and growth
Track your pipeline and account activity in GoHighLevel
Travel for approved dealership meetings and account reviews when appropriate
Who We Are Looking For
Established relationships within automotive dealerships or dealer groups
Proven success closing automotive B2B products, services, training, or consulting
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Comfortable with a performance-based, commission-only opportunity
Willing to travel when needed
This is not an entry-level sales role. It is built for a proven automotive professional who wants to turn industry relationships into a significant recurring-income portfolio without having to create, deliver, administer, or support the training programs.
Actual earnings depend on closed business, client payments, account retention, and program mix. No earnings are guaranteed.
