Job description

Gabriel Staffing has an opening for an RN (Assessment Nurse) in our Homecare division.
This is a very part-time position yet also very important.
Visiting clients at thier homes throughout Montgomery, Clark, Greene & Miami Counties in Ohio and assessing thier needs.
Visiting clients for the first time, gathering and documenting client's profile, health and living conditions and making a care plan for the Aide to follow.
Each client gets reassed evry 60 days.
