Key Responsibilities
Provide specialty nursing care for medical and surgical patients using nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Adhere to professional standards and state regulations
Work within a maximum 6:1 patient to nurse ratio
Build relationships with patients through personalized care
Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care
