  • Safely move materials using hoists, electric pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment.
  • Partner with production teams to troubleshoot recurring issues, find root causes, and maximize first-pass yield.
  • Work safely in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, fumes, airborne particles, loud noise, heights, chemicals, electrical hazards, and vibration.
  • Crosstrain and assist coworkers to support a flexible, team-oriented production environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Need from You:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree or technical certification is a plus.
  • 1+ year of quality, manufacturing or related experience preferred; composites, textiles, or similar manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for this position. This position also requires access to export-controlled information for which U.S. Person status is required under applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation, troubleshooting, and production processes.
  • Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
  • Basic math, measurement, computer, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, use hands, and lift or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring close and color vision and wear required PPE, including a respirator.
