This is a Full-Time, in-person employment position.
What Your Role Looks Like: - Fabricating Complete assemblies used in the erecting process of small to large buildings
- Finish grinding of rails for both aesthetic and safety purposes
- Working with other fabricators to solve complex fabrication task for specialty projects
Requirements: - Proven experience as a welder/fabricator - Photos or Videos of past work is highly encouraged
- Strong understanding of different welding procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Have the ability to adapt when jobs require
- Experience with finish grinding of welded materials - specifically finish grinding of rails in relation to NOMA designations
- Past experience with acetylene torch or plasma cutter is a plus+
What Success Looks Like: - Complete, on-time, fabrication of assemblies
- Work is not returned due to fabrication error
- Helping your Team members complete complex task
